Mutta Puffs (Kerala Egg Puffs)
Ingredients:-
1 Puff pastry sheet thawed
4 Eggs, boiled
1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste

2-3 Green chillies, finely chopped

1 Tsp Coriander powder
1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp Meat masala (of your choice)

1/2 Tsp Chilli powder 1 tsp Of Garam masala
2 Tbsp Oil
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
Salt to taste

Method:-
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Boil eggs and keep the aside.
3. Heat oil in a wide pan.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies and onions, and sauté for a few seconds.
5. Add turmeric, chili powder and garam masala.
6. Sauté for a few minutes.

7. . Remove from heat and mix in the chopped cilantro, keep it aside.
8. Roll out the puff pastry sheet with a rolling pin to remove all creases.
9. Cut the sheet into three strips of the same size
10. Cut each strip in half horizontally.

11. Take one half sheet and place a table spoon of the masala on the sheet, top it up with half of the boiled egg on the filling and fold it closed. Seal it shut with a little water, if reuired.
12. Do the same for all of the remaining pastry sheets.
13. Grease a cookie sheet and place the filled puff pastry on it and place in oven.
14. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
