chunky cheesy pao bhaji
Leftovers- Jazzing up leftover Pao Bhaji is so easy- we love it!
What you need - Bhaji and Toasted Buttered Pao
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 deg. Butter a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your choice, with a dash of Pao Bhaji Masala.
- Pour the Bhaji and Pao into the baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking until the cheese on top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it stand for a good 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped cilantro.
