Egg drop curry

We know it’s Tuesday and we don’t have much time to cook that spicy egg curry or anda masala 🍳 we’ve been craving for. We also brought that crusty bread which goes best with this egg curry 🍛. But to begin with boiling of the eggs, letting ‘em cool down before peeling - haaye, so much work so little time ⏰
