Tahdig (Scorched Rice)

@lecreuset #LeCreusetLove Who doesn’t like a good thinly crusted, crunchy rice!? You can have this with meat or vegetables of your choice! I like to add some thinly sliced potatoes and caramelized onions to my rice 🍚 Our favorite to have on weekends with a side of nice mutton masala or chicken roast!
