Chicken Masala
Preparation Time :- 5-10 mins
Cooking Time :- 15-20 mins
Serves 2-3 People
1/2 kg (approx 1 lbs) Medium Sized Chicken
2 Tomatoes
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
7-8 Red Chillies
1 Lemon
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 cup of Cilantro leaves chopped
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 Medium sized Onion

Method:-
1. Cut the chicken in medium sized pieces.
2. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste and
salt.
3. Soak the red chillies in lemon juice. Grind after 5 min and keep aside.
4. Make onion paste & tomato puree and keep aside.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion paste. Cook till golden brown.
6. Add chicken pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes.
7. Add the tomato puree, salt to your taste and a cup of warm water. Cook till the chicken softens.
8. Add lemon juice and the red chilli paste.
9. Cook for another 5-8 minutes.
10. Add garam masala and cook for another minute.
