keema matar (minced turkey masala)

Making this quick keema matar brings back great memories from our early days living here in the USA. Mutton keema wasn’t easily available, and we had to rely on ground turkey sold at Costco. 


This made it to the list of fuss free and quick dinners on Friday nights. Paired with some buttered pao and served with ice-cold beers, just made our Friday nights special, instantly. We also started using these in our puff pastries 🥐 making it an even special and luxurious indulgence. How time flies by 🥹 To reminiscing the good old times🍻
