chicken adana kebabs

A deliciously spicy and simple kebab recipe, named after the city of Adana in the south east of Turkey. One of our favorites to indulge in, over lazy weekends🏡. I don’t claim that I have perfected this recipe, nope! But my hubby sure has mastered the art of grilling. Its team work ❤️ 



Smoky, charred, juicy, and the pomegranate seeds adding that little dash of sweetness, makes it even more delicious😋. I like to serve these on a flatbread, or a pita bread with lots of onion rings, cilantro, lemon juice, sprinkled on the top. You can add some chaat masala to it as well, if you like it. You do it your way - do what makes you happy 💗
