chunky cheesy pao bhaji

Leftovers- Jazzing up leftover Pao Bhaji is so easy- we love it!
What you need - Bhaji and Toasted Buttered Pao

Method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 deg. Butter a baking dish. 
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your choice, with a dash of Pao Bhaji Masala.
  3. Pour the Bhaji and Pao into the baking dish. 
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top. 
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. 
  6. Remove foil and continue baking until the cheese on top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it stand for a good 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle some finely chopped cilantro.
