mazedaar fish skewers

Bringing in a riot of flavors on our lunch table with this Mazedaar fish skewers 🐠..


The marination is the simplest mix of ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, 1 tsp of turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, finely chopped cilantro, and salt to taste. Marinate the fish fillet (tilapia) and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. Thread the fish onto metal or bamboo skewers. Cook it on a heated oiled grilled pan, over medium high heat, 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.


We like to have our mazedaar fish skewers with roomali roti, served with subtle mint chutney. And sometimes we love to have these fish skewers with leftover cilantro-lime rice 😋
