Falafel from leftover Chole subzi

You’ll be pleased to know how easy the preparation of Falafel is from the leftover Pindi Chole 😋 Every-time I make Pindi Chole, I make sure there will be enough leftover to make some Falafel 🧆 later in the week. The addition of fresh herbs like cilantro, mint, and right spices, makes this even more enjoyable. You can serve these with warm pita breads/ rotis, with a dash of tahini sauce, some tomatoes 🍅, zucchini, and onions (finely sliced) on the side.
And if you’re not in the mood for Falafel and pita breads, well then there’s always chole kulche 😉 Boy, can you go wrong with that now!?
