Tawa Paneer Tikka (Griddled Paneer Tikka)

 


We like these paneer tikkas best served straight from the hot griddle 🍳 sprinkled with a little chaat masala, onions, and some tahini sauce on the side 😋 This one needs no fancy recipe- just cook, just do you! For us, the real magic of this dish lies in the contrast between the spicy piping hot tikkas and the chilled tahini that goes with it- we love how each and every single element brings in distinct textures, temperatures, flavors and still when put together they’re in perfect harmony🏡 Back in the day, my mom served these with green mint chutney or spicy coriander chutney - I love how times have changed 😉 from mint chutney to tahini - giving these paneer tikkas a certain versatility 🤩
