Samosa - some can have this at the crack of dawn with garam adrak elaichi wali chai or as their eveving snack as they unwind for the day. Made with maida or all purpose flour, a dash of ajwain, salt, and ghee. A yummy filling of your choice, be it vegetables or meat. Samosa is an all-rounder, and is for all seasons!!
