Tangadi Bhuna Masala
It was Saturday afternoon and I was quite ready to retire, just when this spicy wet masala from the refrigerator caught my attention and I made a quick decision of making tangadi bhuna masala for dinner. I’ve never been ashamed to admit that I’m a little hesitant when it comes to attempting new recipes. I settle down for two recipes, and end up making the third one, entirely different! Sometimes recipes that look fairly simple do fascinate me, but the thrill I get in putting that extra effort, going that extra mile, is something I enjoy doing, and is also beyond my understanding!
Occasionally, I enjoy cooking the old- fashioned way, making wet ground masala from scratch on a pata varvanta instead of reaching out to the easily available premixes. Also, at times, some recipes do get ignored for they seem a bit too complicated. Having said that, I’m all in for easy without being simplistic as well! Does that make sense? Anyhow, what matters the most is the taste buds to pucker up when they taste yummy food.
We don’t have much going on in the frames except for a few #kebabs, #garlicnaan, #jeerarice, #dalfry, and the superbly spiced #tangadibhunamasala.
