Lacy Chicken Cutlets

Yay- it’s the 29th of February 🗓️ Hope you made the most of it 😇

It is very common in many households to use leftovers, transforming them into mouthwatering dishes, one can’t resist to dig into. Making chicken cutlets from leftover chicken keema is one of the tastiest ways to enjoy them. The keema is succulent, flavorful, rightly spiced and well-cooked. Add in a boiled potato, some bread crumbs, finely chopped onion, some cilantro, a few green chilies to make it even lively and don’t forget to add an egg just in case you want to go all out for that lacy seductive look!

This yearning for delicious chicken cutlets paired with fruit and nut cake is not mine alone. It’s something my hubby and I enjoy having with our evening tea. This could be our cinema snack of choice as well. With each kahani mein twist moment, we take quick bites of these chicken cutlets, along with a sip of masala chai. The kind of foodies that we are, I make sure, I serve these in moderation, for these are intended only to tease and stimulate the palate especially while watching masaaledaar movies, and not to satisfy the appetite fully.
On that note- TGIT 29th of February 😉 and that means weekend’s just around the corner 🤩 Are you ready to unplug and unwind 🧘‍♀️
