Gola Kebab Biryani

I’m obsessed with food processors and grinders! Ok, not obsessed, but I love ‘em! It’s an appliance I love having on my beautiful kitchen countertop. I love how quickly this one gets the job done, without creating a mess. From shredding to slicing to dicing to peeling to grinding- you name it! 

I had made these gola kebabs over the weekend, all thanks to my Breville peel and dice. I usually make them in plenty, only to freeze them and use them later in wraps/ curries/ biryanis etc. It’s the quickest yet the yummiest of biryanis. I love adding raisins and cashews to my biryani. Raisins in particular since it adds that sweetness which is just right for this super spicy gola kebab biryani.
