A friend of my mother’s; an Anglo-Indian Maashi, used to make this one for our little gang. I remember how lovely she looked in those frilly dresses, spectacles, and that contagious smile. Also whose company I always enjoyed. There was something about her cooking, extremely unusual blend of tastes that made her cooking so unique. This one’s to remembering her fondly❤️

Dak bunglow roast chicken 🍗 - in a mixture of lime juice, salt and pepper, add some ginger garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder, some red chili powder, a pinch of turmeric, and some yoghurt.
