Masala Soya Chunks (Stir-fry Soya Chunks)
Masala soya chunks is a great dish to have on busy weekdays. You can have it with roti as well as rice. It’s always a great idea to stock up your pantry with these, just in case you’re out of vegetables or even meat for that matter🏡
I add some salt, and a few powdered spices to the boiling water before cooking soya chunks. It flavors the soya chunks beautifully. These are cooked in less than 5 minutes. While this cooks, I sauté finely chopped ginger-garlic, curry leaves, onions, and tomatoes on the side, in a pan. Later add spices of your choice, and then add cooked soya chunks to this masala mix😋Enjoy these with freshly made roti or rice.
