Paneer Kathi Roll

🌯 Paneer kathi roll - growing up in Pune 🏡 this wrap was not supposed to stay, mom had no idea this one would stay ❤️ Paneer and Bharati Aunty (mummy’s friend) made an entry into our house at the same time. The rotis were ready and mummy was worried what to make next. CUT TO Bharati Aunty steps in with a bowlful of paneer subzi (gravy) in her hand at the door🍲 Mom was glad to see the subzi bowl but instantly knew that we kids wouldn’t touch the gravy. Bharati Aunty then said to Viju (Vijaya- my mom) why don’t you stir fry it a bit on that hot tawa? Save some gravy for yourself, add the remaining subzi to the tawa and dry it out a bit!? Mummy was like no harm trying. If this doesn’t work, I have some talsavlela batata as well for the kids. But to her surprise, the paneer kathi roll was a hit amongst us kids, including Bharati Aunty’s children.
