Alu Tikki

Ingredients:
5 medium sized potatoes - boiled and mashed
1-2 tsp- ginger-garlic-green chili paste
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin-coriander powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
2 tbsp cornflour 
salt to taste
5-6 tbsp oil for shallow frying

Method:
1. To prepare the pattice/ patties- mix potatoes with all the spices and ingredients, conflour and salt. Make medium sized lemon balls. Flatten the balls slightly. (you can also use a cookie cutter to shape these, just in case)
2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a frying pan or a tawa.
3. Shallow fry these patties until nice golden brown.

Serve these with nice sweet and tangy ragda or with kethcup. They will just as fine.
