Vesuvio Pasta - such a good looking and simple dish made with pink pasta sause (a combination of tomato ketchup and heavy cream). We like the burnt garlic flavor in our Vesuvio Pasta, so I add tons of finely chopped garlic to the pan and burn it just right and not until it starts to taste bitter, golden brown is just right.
