Madras Mutton Curry

Each meal can be a spectacular event, a celebration, a Royal feast, a dream come true 🤩 My hubby is a great meat lover😍 ... me? hmm .. not as much😄 The meat used for this is usually cut in large pieces. The spices used are very few but the slow cooking makes Madras mutton masala a delicacy, me thinks 😄
