Quinoa Chocolate Truffles - Energy Balls

Saving these quinoa truffles for food photography is quite a task!! These no bake energy balls is what you don’t wanna say no to - be it for breakfast, lunch box, in between meals, snacking, or bedtime. 

The recipe includes - 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 2-3 tsp cocoa powder, 1/2 cup roasted dry fruits (except dates) of your choice ( walnuts, pecans, almonds, pistachio, cashew, dates), 1 1/2 tsp sugar. 

Grind the ingredients together in a food processor, shape them into small balls and very lightly roll and coast these energy balls into cacao.

Place these energy balls in the refrigerator for a few hours (1-2) or until required. 

You can also store this in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 5-8 days.
