Lehsuni Dal Palak (Garlicky Spiced Lentils)

Lehsuni dal palak - cook something that makes you feel great, inside and out! You don’t have to spend a ton of money or time in your kitchen on eating well. Here, I have tried to pack in as much as flavor possible with finely chopped garlic (read - burnt garlic) Blending in some palak and a tadka of jeera to my leftover dal from last night. We had this lehsuni dal palak with jeera rice and some hot and spicy prawn pickle on the side.
