My friend Gayatri, who gave me the gift -knows me too well! “Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 3”-By Todd Wilbur- is a cookbook, loaded with fascinating restaurant recipes! I genuinely thank her, (my next door neighbor aka friend from Fox Run Apt, for I've found my most favourite restaurant recipes in this book, needless to say, that they are all bookmarked !!!

Boston Herald ( a daily newspaper that serves Boston, Massachusetts, United States) had this to say about this cookbook,- " These(as in the recipes) probably come close as you can get to the original recipes."
I won't say I disagree, since I have not experimented with all those recipes from the book but  Boy,These Bang Bang Shrimps turned out PERFECT- Just like the Real Stuff From Bonefish Grill! SO no Kidding here .,.

Ingredients:-
1 Packet of Popcorn Shrimps (Got these from Sam's Club)
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
6 tsp Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
3 tsp Sriracha sauce
2 tsp Rice vinegar
1 tbsp fo Heavy Cream
For Garnishing- Shredded cabbage and Spring Onions/Scallions

Method:-
1. Let the Popcorn shrimp bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
2. In the meanwhile, in those 10 minutes, you get ready and combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, sweet thai chili sauce, sarachi chili sauce and rice vinegar.
3. Whisk together until will combined, set aside.
4. Your popcorn shrimps are now ready for the sauce.
5. In a large bowl combine baked shrimps with prepared sauce until evenly coated.
