Anda Curry !! (Egg Curry)

 Ingredients :-
5-6 Boiled eggs
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 Medium sized onion thinly sliced
1 Cup chopped Tomatoe
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1-2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste

Grind To Paste :-
3-4 Red chillies soaked in warm water for 5 minutes.
2 tsp Poppy seeds
1/4 tsp Saunf (aniseed)
4-5 Black peppercorns
2 Cloves
1" of Cinnamon stick
1-2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp of chopped coriander/cilantro
Salt to taste

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
2. Add sliced onions and saute until translucent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for another minute.
4. Add chopped tomato, salt and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Now, add the spice paste (the ground paste) and saute till the oil separates.
6. Pour 1/4 cup of warm water.
7. Add the boiled eggs and mix gently.
8. Let the gravy boil on high flame.
9. Reduce the flame immediately and keep the pan covered for 2-3 minutes. Make sure the gravy thickens a little bit.
10. Remove from heat and Serve hot with Roti/ Naan/ Boiled Rice.
